Warranty and Refund Policy
During the contract development warranties will be included for each product sold meeting or exceeding the manufacture warranties. Services will be guaranteed for a specified time equal to or greater than the industry standard for the specific type of service requested and agreed upon by both MTS and customer prior to execution of contract or project. Should no standard exist MTS will guarantee work for a period of 12 months from the time-of-service completion. If the Customer is not 100% satisfied with quality-of-service MTS will address service issue until Customer is satisfied or provide a full refund for service.
